I don’t know if anyone has ever asked but its assumed not to be a bug, you dont gain much from it and the game will eat you if you’re afk in a farm too long.
Are your spells greyed out when you try to use them, or just gone? If they’re missing then you’ll need to read a spell book to get them back, spells disappear after you use them enough times. If they’re stuck some other way then please provide more details or send a contact form in to the developer
Face east with your character and try again
In most cases no. Just /ignore him a far as the messages go.
Beds must be vertical and everything in your house should have floor tiles under it. Its tricky but you’ll find the right spot eventually
There are PVP (player killing) and raiding aspects to this game, destruction is counted as a skill for a reason. It is not impossible to play because someone raids you, you just need to start again and build a safer base with thicker walls and many, many more towers than seem reasonable. Most single players cannot raid a base that has a lot of towers and doubled up walls, and as you level your construction skill you should consider removing your old walls that have less hit points and putting in newer walls with more hitpoints. You can also add dragon scales to wall to add hitpoints to them.
You either used something other than a wall, door, or animal gate in place of a wall, or you did not put floor tiles down over the entire floor. Structures such as beds, anvils, bloomeries etc can be broken in Wellington. Failing to use floor tiles may give others access to your room, or even if that doesn’t happen, cause your items to despawn.
while I wish you got any XP for chasing chickens, a farm is the right route for those of us not brave enough to hit the UW often enough to duplicate. Ask around for some tips on how to get fertile eggs and then collect about 30, make a nice 20×20 space, remove about half of the grass (dig it to dirt or use road/floor tiles or water tiles), and set all the eggs down *on grass* to hatch. then chase those feathers to your hearts content, if you’re having trouble walking around then bring a dog, the chickens will flee ahead of you. The chickens will start starving after maybe 10-15 minutes.
This process will likely also work in wellington. Your biggest risk is the chickens getting killed by mobs but if you can keep them alive (maybe more dogs parked out there) then its worth it. Or, use the dogs to chase all the chickens onto floor tiles when not in use (they’ll live about 3 days) and chase them back into the farm when you’re done.
so….like rafts, but on land, and with an exp boost for exploration? (I’ve never tested whether you get exploration on a raft though, perhaps you do)
No. it’s only prohibited in Wellington because the owner cant break out. If their walls touch yours then you can remove them. If not, get a hammer
People do sometimes make fake server reboot messages, but if you see multiple messages or feel they may be true just move to a safe area (like inside a building you feel safe jn) and log out and or wait for a reboot to happen. I’ve seen less of these lately but the developer has sometimes restarted the server to try to fix performance issues
This post says “all servers” but the only people responding are on the Brazil server so I kind of wonder at that. Texas has its moments but the lag seems better (to me) than a few months ago, when I’m lagging now there’s almost always a physical reason (I’m on mobile so in the last month or so that’s been: ice storms, high winds, turning on a microwave, plugging into a power source, etc – sometimes even a plane flying over will get me).
I’m sorry that happened to you 🙁 this is a great idea for a solution though, hopefully we can see something like this implemented
nah, dogs can wear costumes too. I’ve made five caterpillars, two pigs, and a few other things so far on just dogs, I like my cat enough that I only changed its color though.
You need mystery meat to change a dog’s costume. You do NOT have to actively have diamonds in your account, but, the types of costumes you can apply to your pets are dependent on the percentage of costumes you have unlocked in the costume shop. It is solely based on the percentage, however, and not WHICH costumes you have unlocked.
To change a dog or cats color, drop one mystery meat. Repeat until you have the color you’d like
To change a dog or cat into a different critter, if you have 5% of costumes unlocked this is tier 1 – you should drop 2 mystery meat (in one stack, do “/drop 2” before dropping the meat). This will get you caterpillars, turtles, raccoons, rats, and a few others. Some seem to happen more often than others
If you have 15% of costumes unlocked this is tier 2 and you can drop 3 meat (unless you’d rather have a pet rat or turtle). At 15% you can get large frogs, cows, sheep, chickens, pigs, and bunnies (though I’ve yet to see a bunny)
I don’t know what the next tiers are because I’m only to tier 2, except that they go all the way up to tier 10, at which point you’d need to drop a stack of ten mystery meat AND have all costumes unlocked to get one of the larger costumes. So far nobody has 100% of costumes unlocked, though Overrated is getting closer.
If anyone knows the costume % level and resulting critters from the other tiers it would be good to share 😀
have you tried using it on another device? Ive had similar issues with games freezing up when my phone ran out of space or was bogged down with too many things running
