Tioluko hit the nail right on the head. Pretty much nobody wanted wellington and yet.. here it is. Opening new non-pvp servers would have made way more sense.

As to how servers work. He could have ran server clusters like Traditional MMORPGS where heavily populated maps are hosted with better hardware and have their own server (like galebrook). And the low populated ones are clustered together and ran on lower cheaper servers. (hence the games that have load screens when switching maps) because you’re actually transferring servers.

However a game of this scale probably doesn’t even need to do all that. Just needs better server hosts in general.

The current servers already run like crap. And he’s adding more towns, for what? To house players the server can’t even support?

The coding for moving around and determining who/what is on what tile needs looked at / reworked as well. Combining that Spaghetti code with the way the server lags you just warp the hell around and rubber band all over the place.

I’m just saying.. I’m not longer supporting him, until I actually see real improvements in the game.

Uhh.. there is 2 new servers just added. When I joined the oldest server was already over 1 year old. Now I’m one of the top players there. It’s not impossible.

Yeah, noticed this awhile back using remains to drain skills was always a hit or miss for me. It won’t drain your armor skills and it doesn’t always drain the skill that is top skill on your reincarnation tab.

Also noticed sometimes when you die it will say you are skilled in something that isn’t actually your highest skill.

With the amount of alt abuse going on around here. It would only be abused for gold. Also infamy already slows you down more and more depending on your amount of infamy.

I don’t think anyone should be punished or rewarded for deciding to reincarnate or not. This whole idea is flawed. Also the Dev already hinted at higher tier shovels coming.

The biggest issue with older players is that you come to find that 90% of the “New” players aren’t actually “new”. They’re just some troll or someone trying to hide out pretending to be new or someone else. So it leads you to be wary of anyone claiming to be new.

No matter what server you decide to play on. If you kill one of the top tribes members and break their stuff. You’re not gonna have a good time. Quit trying to act like it would have been different anywhere else or on any other PvP game.

Arlock your tribe mate killed our tribe mate and broke our stuff. We killed him in return and was going to raid him. We even stopped the raid and gave him a chance after he apologized. Then he just kept going on and on in global chat about how we are terrible people and how it was unfair that we killed him. Demanding that we do things when he is lucky that we even stopped in the first place. Later to follow up that we all need to die in real life and slinging racial slurs at us.

You continued to defend him over and over even to this point where we are now. You won’t leave us alone or drop the subject even though we haven’t done anything to you. You just keep messaging us and ranting in global saying ridiculous things. At one point you even asked to join our tribe like 5 mins after saying we are bullies / bad people. You make no sense and anything you say has no credibility because it changes like the wind.

I feel sorry for you and I even gave you chances to clear your name with us by just apologizing. Then you could have continued playing the game and dropped the whole thing. But apparently that is beyond your ability/comprehension.

Best of luck to you on other servers. Hopefully you’re more respectful on there and learned from this mistake.
