A bit confusing but if I understood it correctly you’re suggesting that rather than losing the abilities entirely you would instead lower from say a Dash III to a Dash II when the fail state occurs which I really like the idea of.
It becomes quite tiresome losing abilities because you press them by mistake (which is extremely easy on a phone) or you press one of the terribly chosen and impossible to change hotkeys on PC either while typing or simply moving around.
It’s a great suggestion!
Usually changing the direction I’m facing a few times will eventually fix this for me or if there is a wall or other structure next to the stairs you can walk in to it and then walk off the stairs normally but yeah I agree this one is particularly annoying.
Lol why don’t they count blue stars? That makes no sense, they should be counted. Regardless, if you like having your high level skills be difficult to get for everyone else as they were for you then you would agree with me that duel statue training is a poor excuse for a real implementation of the assassin skill and it’s rather ridiculous to defend this easy method of raising such an important skill simply by holding the action button for a number of hours in the safety of your base.
I know you think you are right but I know I am right too and I know many players utilize duel statues to raise their assassin skill and if it’s not something the admin is tracking now then certainly it’s something he could look in to.

The gate is there he just has the wood plank item placed on top of it
I wouldn’t mind seeing a change that decreased the decay rate of structures built underground. Get more people to build underground bases and maybe give more options to prevent stairs that isn’t simply placing items on the ground and you could definitely see more room in Galebrook as well as more growth underground.
I definitely agree the decay rates and the rate at which flint is used could be adjusted but I do see the benefits of this change too and I hope it does actually cause players to reduce their bases sizes or at the very least remove the ability for few players to easily maintain large compounds containing nothing which only serve to hoard natural resources and animal spawns.
Besides that, I think most would agree the constant teleporting in to someone else’s gigantic walled off locations only to be killed by them while possibly losing good gear or items is one of the more annoying issues in this game.
When has Tux died recently?
Go take a look at any server leaderboard and then please explain to me why the most violent players are typically not the players with the most assassin skill. Could it be because the players with top assassin just grind an alt on a duel statue all day? Much content, such wow.
Believe me dude I have done it and will continue to do it until it is changed but that does not mean it’s an ideal system. I’m sorry you care so much about your pixel character that you can’t see the bigger picture.

Sorry, I empathize with your position but this game is still in development and many things can be and will be subject to change if the developers agree those changes are necessary towards the betterment of the game.
Fighting an alt at a duel statue for several hours a day is definitely not good game mechanics and a player shouldn’t be more powerful simply because they abused a broken system for longer than someone else did.
Ok I know triple posting but I have now confirmed that chaos still indeed give hunting experience and not any assassin at all.
Hello, thanks for this change I really like it.
I just have to inquire about the amount of experience the chaos are giving though, I killed one at level 50 today and there wasn’t really much of a noticeable increase in my assassin. At the very least I assumed I would get a level being at only 21 assassin at the time.
December 26, 2017 at 11:50 pm in reply to: Suggestion: REPLACE THE GARBAGE BIN WITH RECYCLING BIN #4572The idea has been suggested before but I think the devs and most players agree such a feature would also be a little overpowered in terms of equipment creation and the overall net return of resources. Maybe 10% would be fair if it were ever to be implemented and if the item crafted doesn’t meet the requisite amount of materials for 10% to give anything back then it is simply trashed.
But Zinglogo they show up at UW 55+ out of the hundreds of floors that can be reasonably reached, if they are going to be so difficult then they should show up at deeper floors. I agree with Quiet and I’ve also made the suggestion to reduce shroomie heal range as well.
the dev is actively working in the background to reduce lag and a new server will be added soon which should help as well.
But adding UST didn’t appear to have any positive effect on the lag issues at all, what is splitting up the player base further supposed to accomplish? In my opinion server upgrades are needed, not new ones.
