Im not sure abt the bug iv enver had it happen before but i also dont drop stuff on grass unless immediately moving it to an alt. As per questing it doesnt effect book so thats why your not getting better results. It just effects gear runes and i beleive gem/gold chest drops but i never personally noticed that part. As per making books easier i disagree. If they were easy they would be worthless. And research woudnt be as worthy of a skill. no sence training to learn/retain books wen u can easily just get a new copy.
Yup its part of the game. Thats why your supposed to read the wiki and the zillion other tutorial guides everyone constantly tells people to read. It explains right in the guide make sure your base is fully tiled.
Logging out and back into the game forces spawn to nearest nature tile. If you didnt tile your base fully then by placing floor tiles on the outside it makes the nearest nature tile inside your base. This is part of the game and has been around forever. Hopefully now you will never make that mistake again and maybe consider reading the wiki to avoid future mistakes.
They probably did the /notify command. Read Serenity update 1 for more info

Location has zero impact on lagg. Im from canada and have played most of the servers with exact same conection. Newest server is USW2 come try it out. But u cant run frum ur problems. All servers r like that. Build in welli until u can keep up with the competition.

Id only play a seasonal server if it had incentive. dias reward or more preferably sumthing like a title or perk that u keep. If its just plain play to reset i wont even try it out.
Ya really really need to fix raiding now. I went to go raid a pker and my healer had 14.4K imfa (max) before the first tower was draind. thats so stupid. it needs to be capped like the hammer smacker. and ideally less for healers so they can get exp still like 50 seconds or sumthin.
Absolutely not. If you want research grind books n learn the skill. If it becomes easy then its just lame and books will devalue huge.

Your asking what the friend list is? The feature has been there forever but basically its just a list of all your friends u added to the list. Tells u if they are asleep or online. Im not sure what the greyed out ones are. I assume inactives maybe i have sum to and those r pepes who dont play anymore. Your friend list also has a maximum so at sum point you may have to delete and clean it up a bit if you want to add new people.

Cheapest iv ever seen was 50:15 and it all depends on your server to. The older servers gold is easier to get so it makes sense you would pay more gold for 15 dias.
