KoS as a concept irks me though.
I’ve had this little EU clique issue it for people talking non-English in chat. In a European server >_<Or for someone who’s clearly a newbie hitting a player or a wall once. Sad little mix of id-fapping and ego-stroking that kills off the new blood we need.

Posts: 181Asy -u came to EU where all players accept that we want peacful life and u want us tho change our rules cuz u dont like it. U wanted 70 ppl to change their playstyle bcs u came. if u want fully pvp change server. This game gave power to the ppl and EU used it to play peacful and if u came to us where we lived like that for 3 months, u need to adapt not us, we never asked u to join our server . We never bulied ppl, we just let em decide and they wanted friendly atmosphere. Ur surprised cuz server wanted KOS u? Thats hypocrite, want whole server to adapt, while u can go to UST and noone will try to convice u to play peacful. u just lookin for drama, piece of human garbage
Clearly they don’t all want a peaceful life if you’re always looking for an excuse to kill people.

Classy.what about the base we “raided”- right we just unblocked road cuz they literaly placed base on center of road, blocked ppl path to ssd, we tried to talk but they wouldnt listen, so we opened walls where road should be. Drama queen

Posts: 30OK, examples how about asking to bury the hatchet but answered (well first you must apologize to our entire tribe in public) even though IMO all I have done is try to improve th odds of more people playing and making more money for the dev or how about (your KoS) and then (maybe we won’t kill you) or (If I see you you I am gonna kill you). These are clear examples of threats. normally I can handle that but attempting to make peace and it thrown back in my face like that. Do you truly feel that this is not just plain hate? to new players? Because even in early online games I saw this and recognized it as just being rude. Repeatedly at that 2 days I tried. at first I just shut up. ignoring everything. second day I tried to talk to people and they just went postal on me. Maybe I could have handled it better maybe they could have. either way it was just going in circles by the end and I don’t like drama. yes I warned them I would write bad reviews. Yes I said things that were not very nice and yes I acted poorly on global I admit when I am wrong and apologized for it already. How many have the older players admitted to being wrong so far? hmm….

So yes your majesty, you are all about the drama.And Arlok I’ve seen a few players quit already. One even gave me their account. It’s something the devs are aware of, and they have stepped in occasionally but typically I think they’re interested in the dynamics and social situations that grow out of these things.

Posts: 30well asylumdreams I was informed that not much will be changed from reading what was posted in earlier part of the forum but IMO it hits the wallet of the dev hard to have things happen like this. Fact is a new player may not have a lot of pull in the game but we each have a voice and with enough bad topics online it pretty much warns people looking for games to stay away from this problem. I want to write good positive things about this game, I can’t wait to do that and donate. but as things are now that is a slim possibility.

Posts: 56Well I mean. Defending raiders is generally a good way to get yourself got. You don’t defend raiders. We don’t tolerate raiders. I probably would of hopped on the bandwagon and killed you too if you had done anything but ‘Sorry man but you got to go.’ and kicked him from the tribe. I agree with their reasoning, I don’t really see it as bullying. Don’t defend raiders or people that do stupid shit, simple as that.

That’s like saying no to going into the UW, no to crafting.It may not be the most social part of the game but it’s still part of it.
And I’m not against being killed for the actions. Despite what Sirrus is trying to propagate, I’ve never once said anything like that. Explicitly the opposite in fact as posts on this forum can attest.
Witchhunts against players who don’t have the stats to defend themselves though, like a group of level 60s telling a level 6 they’ll kill them until they quit …

i think Arlock is similiar to AsylumDreams. Blame everyone cuz they dont respect few simple rules and gets ass whooped. i wonder why they blame us now instead of train hard and show us thats we re wrong.. too much work? better to cry on forums, trying to convice ppl that they are vicrim, and i asked him to join EU….

Posts: 30Now hang on Sirrus listen to the whole story before you say that. I don’t want to change how things are done. I only tried giving an alternate way of dealing with things. IDC if they tried it or not. I just wanted to say how things could have gone if tried. I might be wrong I might be right. but change everyone. no that was never my goal that is an impossible dream of a child. Pure and simple I have seen things like this used and work for many people for many years I use it myself in DnD and even Online games. you don’t simply kill anyone who does not fall in line but spare the rod spoil the child so you can’t do nothing either. I have seen methods for how to handle problem players from a lot of games along a lot of years. I can offer advice and suggestions for those in power to handle things. if they work or not or even attempted is up to them.
@Arlock maybe USE just isnt the right server for you. You should give a try to the other servers at least, before you can shape an honest opinion about the game. EU is a peaceful server and we can help you restart here, UST had a war up to a month ago and they are rebuilding server (a great chance to start there aswell). I dont have any experience with USW so i cant say anything. As for SEA, it will be a bloodbath as soon as it gets released. It is a nice game, and you shouldnt give up this early.
Ps. Dont listen to asylumdreams. He is just a clown with more forum posts than minutes spent in game.

Posts: 30well TY Petros. That is very nice of you. I have decided to give the game another chance just waiting to see where I end up. If I go to EU I will be sure to look up a lot of people. seems to be a nice place.
