There are many suggestions on big changes like new pve server, removing Wellington Myst costs and even pve and pvp flags which will have a risk of a thick line being drawn between both parties. So I have a very minor and theoretical idea that would benefit everyone, not just peaceful players.
A safe hour. The reverse of a purge, an hour in game set everyday and announced ten minutes before it starts and announced when it ends, or set as a player status (above health bar) where no one can kill each other. If griefing takes advantage of it, it can be changed to where anyone with infamy from hitting buildings can still be killed. I can’t see many holes in this myself, and anyone training assassin can still train up the skill via chaos and pvp statues.
Please point out any loopholes below, it is just a theory that it may just work. Pvers can come out of hiding and pvpers still have the resources to train. Opinions please <3

Would assist noobs in living in galesbrook for the first time. Also good for spelunking in UW safely. Pve people are safe in Wellington until it comes to UW.

two hours. the maps have long walks and sometimes there is stuff to do on the very other edge of the currently known mystera world
and twice daily for people in different time zones
and not announced 10 mins before that but reliable times, preferably fixed.

I think this might work if done right. I don’t see the need for it but it is, as OP says, much better than a drastic thing like splitting servers or breaking the game with a moronic pvp-flag like idea.
+1 for this one. Maybe test on 2 servers first, see what it does.

there are people in different time zones on different servers.
June 19, 2018 at 9:13 am #84332 times a day (12 hours apart), for one hour sounds brilliant to me.
A little announcement might be necessary so new people who aren’t adjusted to it will know when it starts and ends, since there are always new players.This idea will probably not help older servers such as West where they already have a system and most players don’t kill all day for no reason. It’s more beneficial for servers like East2, where there is still a power struggle and it feels like one person against the world.
