The Ultimate Toggle Option

I’ve encountered an issue, that some other players have also experienced, where when I use the in game fullscreen option I cannot use chat at all on PC. Some weird fluke where I somehow toggled it while switching to full screen and hitting enter probably at the same time. I’ve tried for months to undo it, but I just can’t get it. Unfortunately, this carries over to every web browser and computer I use.

My suggestion is a command to reset/turn off all the things you can get stuck toggled on by using enter ex: fullscreen+enter breaking chat, holding a directional key and hitting enter, basically doing anything and hitting enter and getting things stuck. Maybe name it /reset and have it put the game back in it’s default state or whatever.

I’m not sure if toggle is the right word for this situation, but I would really love to be able to use chat while using the in game fullscreen option.

Please do not suggest I use my browser full screen option or anything of that sort. F11 doesn’t work for me. In game fullscreen I like because I can get out of it with the ESC key and it works on all non-mobile platforms.

Hmm, I never get a response about this bug. I’d love to be able to use chat in the in game version of full screen mode…

Maybe give some details about browser you using? I am playing pc and phone. Never had any issues. Using Google Chrome when pc.

yah i get this issue too, whenever im not in full screen i can chat but whenever im in full i cant.
same with my mobile, not full can chat but in full KEYBOARD wont show up.

im using google chrome.

Sort of glad to know I’m not alone in this. Sucks that it’s happening to people. I can’t face north outside of fullscreen on PC. It works on Mac at least with cmd+w outside of full screen mode.

use f11 key for fullscreen browser. i test and i can use chat now
