I want to start reincarnation but i have no idea where tobegin. Can someone share with me a routine reincarnation? How they efficiently do it from Starr to finish? Are the first few reincarns any different say from the tenth or 100th.

I can give you a little. First you need to understand that it will take you more time at first, then less, but after a while it will take more again.

Reaching level 60 on your own the first time can feel grueling. Then you might want to hit that button right away. It’s a trap, don’t do it. First, get at least a full set of radiant 3 gear. Then train in either underworld floor 20-29 or ice peak on bears.

Upgrade lasting legacy and also have 50-100k refund when you rebirth. You will have to do this for each one, but it will get easier.

Now choose a skill. Preferably one you won’t be getting too high easily like knitting, exploration (debatable), assassin, research (debatable), construction, or crafting. Try to get that chosen skill to 5 blue stars minimum, 10 preferred.

You can choose any skill, though. Many go with hunting because it will keep your damage high against enemies even when you rebirth. As you go until you get into the 100s, it gets easier. After 30-40 rebirths it will get harder because each time you go from 0 to 100+. It also gets tedious.

You will need a lot of wood, blue/green ore, and food/cooking pots. Eventually you will want 70%(max) myst refund after each RB. You will be making out a lot of skills and spending a lot of time killing. You will level to 60+ using cooking and smelting. Get maximum 1 star in those, preferably 0 but if you want some easy rebirths early on go ahead and do 1.

Also farming, foraging, and fishing will be your friends. Those give excellent exp per resources early on.

Lastly, don’t forget to upgrade your equipment. Get R4 and A4 gear asap.

How do i keep my hnlunting higher then other skills. And i should do a variation of skills to get to lvl 60? Instead of just one like cooking or forsging?

Honestly, the first 8 Reincs are a grind but DF’s methods are solid. Just don’t blue star in fishing, foraging, or cooking. Save those skills because they are essential to fast leveling. You might inevitably get a single star in one of those but try to spread out how you collect your exp to avoid it.

Here’s a short little bit i posted to the official discord on my standard methods for early stars atm, copy pasta so sorry for lack of pics

Alright so a little late on this post for you bud but heres that info i talked about for my early incarns atm. This is just my method atm of obtaining stars on my Incarnation main, not neccessarily the best, and methods ive learned myself aswell as from others. To begin I reincarnate with return of 5k Myst at this point, started doing this around my 6/7th star and i found its best for really putting on the levels. This myst allows for these upgrades. Skill mastery up twice (100+1200) rest into scholar, pack rat/sage with last bit

This combined with my 15 stars Ive got bareable exp gain rate to burn through fishing, 1-30 getting me to character level 20, at which point i can use my low lvl exp gain gear atm for some more % getting me these stats for cooking/smelting/foraging/farming

yes knitting needles can be used in all cooking/farming/foraging/smelting actions its amazing. I will post what my uogrades and stats look like after my Myst phase, but basically i get 30 cook/fish/farm/forage/smelt giiving me character level to use my gear, then killing polar bears gives 75+ myst per kill and i grind my “leveling” upgrades, finishing more filler 30 skills and then pushing the desired skill past 30 to “slot” it for incarnation, should be done by tonight!

Status report, at 30 fishing/cooking/smelting/foraging/farming and 28 swortd, im lvl 50 and can equip all my exp/myst gear, ive ventured north to STP for myst from polar bears, after getting 20k + 5k from my old return to complete my new return of 5k myst. Theses are my upgrades and stats as im ready for incarning and will be just grinding exp now for chracter levels and the “slotted” skill
Combat Drills IV Defender IV Pack Rat x Scholar XIV Sage VII Savage V Skill Mastery III Precision VII Lasting Legacy III

since im doing just polar bears and not a hunter star for this incarn, i do my upgrades in order of sage, savage, combat, defender, packrat, precission, lasting legacy and then scholar till my return is over 5k, around 14 scholar I will do dagger/hammer/digging/axe/spear/club to 30 and this should get me to lvl 75 or close, and then ill get repairing to highest exp for my third repair star
the afk dummy/digging time i spend on my alt grinding ascend myst and UW drops

Legit what i do, not bad time for getting to max character level, and not bad exp gain rates for desired skill blue star
