    Do you mean the thing where if you recook your meat it fills more of the nutrition bar?

    I could only create 50 up to 60% at cooking lv 27. Drop 5 wood one by one then cooking pot and drop 10 fish or whatever u want to use one by one. Just wait for 2min30sec and there u go u have one. Expensive i know but save some inventory weight
