A few issues with the new UI I haven’t seen mentioned:
1) If you have items with long names in the upper left slots, the name covers the “use” and “drop amount” buttons. If you try to click those buttons, you will drop the long named item instead.
2) If you have your inventory open, you can’t open the crafting window. You have to close inventory, open crafting, and then open inventory back up
3) If you have the crafting window open, it covers the “Use” button, so that you can’t change gear.
All of the above just led to the following sequence of events:
I wanted to craft something, but I wasn’t sure of the ingredients. I went to open the crafting panel, but found that I can’t because my inventory is always open. I close the inventory and open the crafting panel. I find the item I want to craft, but it’s greyed out because I am missing an ingredient. I don’t know which ingredient, because I just closed my inventory.
I re-open my inventory and find what I was missing. I go pick it up, and also grab my “smithy stones” for a crafting bonus. I then find that I can’t put the rings on, because the crafting panel is open. I close the crafting panel, and equip the rings. I’m ready to go now, but I can’t craft anything because I just had to close the crafting panel. I also can’t even open the crafting panel, because my inventory is open again from equiping the rings. So now I re-close the inventory, re-open crafting, and then re-re-open my inventory panel.
After everything is done, I notice that somewhere along the line I had dropped one of the rings on the ground, so at least some of the items I had crafted without the bonus from my ring. It took a while before I figured out why it had been dropped…

The current Info window for the items in your bag is kinda pointless since all it tells you is the name of the item and what it looks like which you already know since you’re looking at it in your bag anyway, and having the Use, Drop and Drop Amount buttons in that window is inconvenient because now you MUST have an item selected in your bag in order to see what your current drop amount is set to.
The window would be more useful if it gave you details about the item like it does with monsters and other players.
For example, if you select a piece of equipment in your bag, the info window could tell you what base stats, +’s, and runes it has which would be AWESOME because then we wouldn’t have to equip it or drop it to use a scholar’s lens on it to see that info.
As for stackable items, it could tell you where to get it from e.g. Stone – Mining or Tinder – Foraged from [pic of Holly Bush with name above] or Dragon Scale – Dropped from Green Dragon in Underworld B32+July 23, 2018 at 4:04 pm #10531For Tablets/Phones the UI DPad prevents you from Properly clicking your 6th spell (the one to the left)
